It's a Dr. Dooom "First Come, First Served" shirt. Late 90's MC if you don't know who that is.

I crapped my pants when I saw him wearing that shirt,being that Kool Keith/Dr. Octagon/Dr. Dooom/Nogacto is my favorite rapper, and I've been wanting a shirt like that forever.
