There's a quick shot in the opening of the film that shows a br firing . Such a beautiful time of G4 network actually based around tech and gaming . halo 2 was at its peak around 2005 - 2006 . this whole movies atmosphere , combined with lots of good lines make for a great film . !

This film's soundtrack is great, too. Kool Keith, Zion I, Aphex Twin are perfect stoner movie artists.

yeah, this movie reminds me a lot of the state of gaming circa the mid-2000's too
