shareIt's not the other way around, in Eastern European countries it's formal to state your last name first, followed by your first name and your middle name or patronymic last. As an example, the Prez of Russia would introduce himself as Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich. So the protagonist's name is Dante, his last name is Lazarescu an his middle name is Remus.
