All of the thin people living in Iowa- sherif, deputy, wife/doctor

Joe Anderson is a great actor I must add.

It could have been any state. I just noticed how rail thin the actors were depicting the typical american from podunk USA. Most americans have weight problems.

Iowa is average to better than average in terms of obesity statistics.

Yeah, since a lot of it is Farming and such, so they spend a lot of time outside farming and such, so moving a lot. They should be in decent shape for that.

PLUS, David and Russell were cops/sheriffs, and I know that not all are in shape, but I could say there are some that are....

Urmmmm, so are you going to post this on the board of every single movie that's pumped out by hollywood, b/c realistic people can't be found in any Hollywood movie.

I'm from Iowa(lived in a small town for a short time), and the weight of the cast is realistic to the population.

Some thin, some slightly overweight. It's not Alabama.

Of course he was. He was the mayor. lol.

I did think that Russell was a bit thin to be sheriff at first but then dismissed it. This ain't big city, gunhappy,live for *beep* to go down so they can whip some ass sheriffs like LA sheriffs are, these are smalltown sheriffs who go about their business and do their job. That's not to say small town sheriffs are small, it's just believable that they're not brick-laying steroid looking sunglass wearing triggerhappy sum-so-an-soes.

Just my one cent since I can't afford two.
