Unbuttoned shirt??
Im watching the series for the first time ever, and Im on season 2. One question is lingering..WHY does Linc ALWAYS has his shirt unbuttoned like halfway down. Who dresses like that? Its annoying and distracting.

Because it looks good? because he likes it? it's not like the wardrobe department came to him and said 'you have to unbutton your shirt' it's the actor' style and it happens to fit with the character's demeanor and it's a good contrast between the brothers, they are very different, Michael when he breaks out cleans up nicely and wears a full suit but Linc chooses to be a disheveled hot mess.
In his words; Wentworth brings the Jimmy Dean sensibility and Steve McQueen cool and he brings the raw and necessary roughness, I like that concept.

Really? "Man cleavage" is not uncommon, at least not where I live, especially when it's hot, I wish I could do that when it's hot! But I can't because I'd look like a whore with that cleavage since I'm a woman men are lucky they can get away with it..

I used to be indecisive. Now, I'm not so sure.
Of course you wouldn't ;) cleavage only when I want to show off, but usually I'm a low key kind of gal with tank tops (in summer).
But it's kind of unfair women can't get away with a Lincoln-like cleavage.. You'd look like a skank fishing , so to be even I'm gonna call him a male skank, dude only 3 buttons, he has whore written all over his face or chest for that matter..

Linc doesn't wear unbuttoned shirts anymore in the reboot well his great shape still shows but it's not the same...

It's likely because he has a short neck. that v-neck (especially an extended one) makes people with short/fat necks look slightly slimmer. And yes, I also employ this tactic, though I'm a girl and my v-neck isn't as low. Hahaha.
