It was good, however it didn't seem like it knew where it wanted to go. It wants to be a "smart" bank robbery movie as well as commenting on past and current political/wealth corruption. But it only touches on each of these points. Starts off focusing on Clive Owen breaking the fourth wall and then doesn't really delve into his character the rest of the way.

On a side note Money Heist was clearly based on this.

IMO, Spike Lee has flashes of brilliance, but can't always gel them into a great movie. This film is clever and has good moments, but without Foster, Washington, and Plumber it would be only clever.

Special mention to Kim Director; she added a lot of panache to her performance.
