It says on the trivia that Parker dropped out of this movie and was replaced by Kate.
I've never seen Parker in a role like this (if she plays a similiar role - write which one!!!) and I think she could have been pretty good and surprise us all.
What do you guys think?

shareIt would have been a good and bold move for SJP, that's for sure, to try and break her own mold. I actually wouldn't mind seeing her in a horror/thriller. But Kate was freakin' awesome. Not sure if SJP could have pulled of the nuances that Kate did (especially the concealed love underneath the anger/anxiety of the divorce). But, hey, who knows? We've all been surprised by actors and actresses jumping into new territory.

Sarah Jessica Horseface is one of the worst actresses out there, she has no range whatsoever and she is totally annoying. So no.

What god, please no, we can get pass some mistakes, story problems and stuff but Sarah J. P. that would've ended all for this movie, I FOR SURE wouldn't bought the movie if her name appeared on the cover.

I don't think SJP would have been terrible, but she's not nearly as talented an actress as Kate, and rates even more poorly against Kate if we go strictly by looks. This wasn't really a tough role to play, but I can't really picture SJP doing any of the "final girl" action stuff very convincingly, where as it's second nature with Kate.
shareI love both actresses but I kinda wanna see them both in it. Like two different versions; one with Kate, one with SJP. Kate was great in it, but I wanna see how SJP would go. There must have been a reason why they cast her other then her name.

the only similar roles i can think of are perhaps "striking distance" and "extreme measures".... but only cause they're kinda thillers... to the best of my knowledge i don't believe she's done anything proper horror-like
