...Not care when Dr. Neil and Laura were divorced? I know it sounds bad, but I didn't like Neil. I also thought blaming Scott for their divorce was weak, since if Charlie didn't want Neil as a father, Scott's presence, or lack thereof wouldn't have made a difference--Charlie would've accepted/not accepted Neil, regardless.
shareYeah really, divorcing Neil would be a smart move on Laura's part, the guy has as much personality and intelligence as a houseplant.
shareI think it was to show how big of an impact the change would have made if Scott didn't become Santa. Everything was Scott's fault because of him not being Santa. I did find him an annoying character but still interesting enough to keep with the family. I was more concerned with the Effect of the little girl with the divorce then Neil and Laura.
