Problems with the movie

There were so many problems with the scenes were scott wasn't Santa.
1*2 seconds after he said he didn't want to be Santa. HE WANTS TO BE SANTA AGAIN, HE SHOULD BE GLAD.
2*Whats wrong with turning the North Pole into a Resort.
3*Why are the Elves unhappy selling things and dancing or playing the piano. It's better than making toys or child labour
4*Why would Scotts Ex-wife divorce because Scott didn't become Santa. And why does Scott care if they divorce
5*Why is Lucy a brat because Scott wasn't Santa
6*The kids at the resort are pushy, nags and wants stuff. Wow thats different.
7*Isn't this resort just like Disneyland. THE MOVIE IS MADE BY DISNEY
8*Everyone in the resort seems to be having a good time. What's wrong with that
9*What has Jack Frost done that's so bad to the North Pole.
10*The kids get to meet Santa. That's cool isn't it.

Well please respond and say if my rant is correct.

1. You never know what you have till you lose it.
2. Because it's supposed to be about giving, Christmas is. You shouldn't have to pay for it.
3.Elves enjoy making toys. And the dance numbers are extremely corny.
4. Didn't you listen to the explanation? Without Scott around, all the pressure of being a dad was put on Neil. Turns out Charlie didn't want him as a father, and it messed up things a lot between Neil and his wife. And he did care, he asked.
5. I guess it's because the Christmas spirit is gone.(Yeah, that sentence sounds corny) And because that she used to have to be good to get presents. Now she just has to make her parents pay.
6. Not really.
7. My thoughts too.
8. What are you talking about? They were all fighting with each other!
9. Made it cheap.
10. If you can call Jack Santa.

"What do monsters have nightmares about?"
"Me! Ha!"

Also, there was no Bernard, and the word Bernard was not mentioned once.

Charlie has a very minor role. He's the reason why Scott became Santa. He only has 3 scenes in the whole movie and he barely speaks. They might as well had left him out of the story. He's away on a damn ski trip with his girlfriend Danielle (from Santa Clause 2). He only comes back at the end when he finds out his dad needed help.

yeah, and Neil and Laura had such tiny roles too (and even tinier in the second). They were all over the first one. I guess maybe because the down-to-earth factor of Santa was reduced exponentially from the first to the second/third.

That's a good thing, since Eric Lloyd is a terrible actor!

Lets put a SMILE on that face!

You are correct that this is your rant, but other than that you are wrong. None of those things are better then the magical world that Scott produces as Santa.
