Shyamalan's Worst Movie

I know a lot of people think The Happening is M. Night's worst film, but to me, Lady in the Water is complete garbage. The Happening may have been awful, but at least it almost works as an unintentional comedy.

Lady Is The Water is dreadful, and easily his worst film. It is trying to be like Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window (with the confined apartment block setting) but just fails

It ranks as one of his best for me. Top three, behind The Village but tied with Unbreakable.

This!
Though I would probably even rank it above those two. I think these three movies are his most personal and deepest movies.

His worst movie by far is "The Last Airbender" followed by "After Earth" and then "The Happening." This film was a clear turning point in his career though not nearly as bad as any of those it is did show a sharp downward decline.

No point in ranking, he's only done a handful of even competent movies. Lady in the Water is one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my 28 years, by far.

You haven't seen a lot of movies I guess

Actually, I think its one of his best films (up there with Unbreakable, Sixth Sense and The Village). His worst movie is Last Airbender, imo (though The Happening is pretty godawful as well). I always had a soft spot for this one, as it was great seeing Paul Giamatti in a leading role (something very rare), and the film has some amazing cinematography, the score is haunting and melancholic (even during the lighter sequences), and the fairy tale like atmosphere gives the film a magical quality that makes it even better (just my own thoughts, though).
