Jacob Smith and Alyson Stoner were real life sibling's? They look so much alike!

Yeah, I thought that the first time I saw CBTD. Then I looked at the cast list, and they had different last names. I thought maybe they were half-siblings or something like that, but I looked on IMDb a while back. Neither bio says anything about them being related. It's wierd how much they look alike, though.
