Beans (yeah, he's dead but could have been mentioned)

It really pissed me off that none of these characters returned and that the family didn't go back to the house they loved...also, hardly any continuity nods...didn't mention their jobs or their old house or Mark being "fedex" although I never saw this movie in full but I'm pretty sure there was none

These characters really weren't necessary to the second movie. Also, Tom quitting his job at Illinois Polytechnic was mentioned several times.

I know they weren't necessary to the second movie, but then again, I didn't really find the second one that interesting in the first place. As for the job quitting being mentioned, I haven't seen it entirely, but know the basics.
