Can anyone here give me some enlightenment why the hell 500 days of summer got a spot in top 250 and this movie got 5,9 score for the same reason (realistic portraying of breaking up)???

No agreement. 500 days had sympathetic characters, both of the leads in Breakup were despicable.

So that's the problem, one had sympathetic characters, the other is simply the opposite. But that doesn't make 500 days is better movie.
