It says on the DVD there is an alternate ending. Has anyone seen it? Just wondering because I was one of the extras that filmed that other ending and was just wondering if it was the same scene we shot. If it is, I'll have to go out and buy the DVD!
shareWas there just one alternate ending, or 2? The one I remember had them run into each other, Vince with a new girlfriend cast to sort of look like Jen, and Jen with a guy cast to look like Vince.
If you buy it, you can often find a used copy cheap (e.g. amazon), but the shipping might cost more than the DVD. Then there's always renting or the public library(my fave). Here you can request DVD's and books from any branch in the city, as long as you are willing to wait.
The alternate ending we shot was a big ballroom scene over new years eve. The scene ended with both of them walking out of the ballroom together joking and hinting at a possible relationship. It was a huge scene and I would hate to see it go to waste. Just curious if this is indeed the scene that is the alternate ending on the DVD.

shareYeah that was the concert scene we shot in grant park that was also cut out. It's too bad they cut the ballroom scene from the DVD just because so many people worked on that shoot. It would have been nice to see that finished product.
