can someone post the dish washing line?

me and my husband saw this movie and we laughed at the whole

"i don't want you to do dishes, i want you to want to do dishes." line.

but is that correct?

We love the fact that in our relationship -I if i want him to do the dishes I will ASK- or I will do them myself. and I will let him cone up with his own 'gifts' when he feels like it.

I want to make a meme card for him.

The point was she wanted him to say "hey babe, thanks for dinner it was great, go lay down, I'll clean up". Instead it was always she had to ask him to do something and have a fight follow like he's doing some great favor for her.

I totally understand her point... I might have changed the line to be "I want you to want to help me"... no one wants to do dishes. Plus, it wasn't really about the dishes only. It was about partnership.
