15 years for this series... A long time. Should I just start at the first season to see if its good or is there a particular episode or season that would get me into this show?

In my opinion, Season 1 to 3 are excellent. The next 3 are pretty good. I stopped around season 7-8.

The quality just drops.

start from the beginning and watch all 16 seasons, it's good

I'd start at the beginning
Season 1-4 are the better seasons imo

They recently revived the show on Nov 24th.
