Doing an episode on past addicts who didn't make it

I wish they would do a episode or episodes on past addicts on the show that didn't make it, so it shows that not everyone gets sober and makes it, some have actually died, and I think they should do a show on them, but of course be respectful of the families while in the process.

I for one would love to see a follow-up on Brett's (the alcoholic who died of throat cancer) family. The original epiosde made it really looked like that they all were going to come out of it okay.
