Are clips from the original movie show in this? Like anything at all?

No since it takes place years before The Exorcist took place.

there are clips from the original movie in EXORICST II and EXORICST III

Exorcist II The Heretic has no clips from the original film.
Exorcist II Legion has no clips from the original film.
Exorcist The Beginning has no clips from the original film.
Exorcist Dominion has no clips from the original film.
Where did you get such misinformation?

You could have edited your previous posting ;-)

I think the OP mistook the footage of Karras falling down the steps in "Legion" and Merrin's demonically induced heart attack in "The Heretic" as footage from the original film when it was newly shot footage (though we did get a Linda Blair giggle hidden on the "Legion" sound edit).
