Izabella Scorupo

I'm confused. I saw Dominion at the Edinburgh Film Festival where Paul Schrader gave a talk. Izabella Scorupo was the doctor in this and she had an awful scene where she was bleeding and said it wasn't physically possible as she's been in a concentration camp (or something similar). So I don't understand why she's not on the cast list. Surely PS wouldn't have given a talk on a film that he didn't direct? Help?

The film wasn't that great in my opinion. Nothing near as bad as EXorcist 2. The horrible face from the Exorcist was only in it once during a weird dream type sequence where Stellen was blindfolded. This was the movie where the two soldiers tried to steal the jewels from the tomb and came to a sticky end.

Would appreciate this being cleared up

I can't explain how Schrader would give a talk on a film he didn't direct. Obviously, Scorupco was in Harlin's The Beginning, not Schrader's Dominion. Maybe he was speaking in the context of Harlin's female doctor, Scorupco, being a much different character than Clara Bellar's female doctor in Schrader's movie... I can't imagine how this confusion came about.

She was in the film I saw when Schrader was there. I can only think that the names of the film have been dicked around with for different world markets

Then you saw The Beginning but with the title, Dominion...? Strange... don't know why Schrader would be hosting Harlin's film...

Checked with the friend I went with and she said it def was PS's film. My only theory is that the titles have been changed for different markets?
