This version PAILS in comparison to "Exorcist: The Beginning."

Most of the acting was worse, the cast was worse, the production value was on par with a SyFy Channel Original Movie, the story was far less compelling and the climax was WEAK!

Seriously, the "showdown" between the priest and the demon looked like it could have been from an episode of "Touched By An Angel."

In short, I found Harlin's version to be superior in every way.

If you're on the fence trying to decide which one of the two to watch, my recommendation should be apparent. If it's raining outside on your day off, you're alone and there's nothing productive that can be done, watch "Dominion" just to see how lousy it is (some of you may not agree, but I feel that most will).
