Why was Pazuzu not mentioned in this movie? Or even seen. All you see is a statue a 4th grader made. :(

He wasn't mentioned in the original film either. Just in the awful Heretic film

Well, Pazuzu was mentioned in the first film by visuals: Merrin discovers the Pazuzu amulet and confronts the large statue, and in a directorially questionable scene, the large Pazuzu statue appears in Regan's room during the exorcism. The second, execrable film upped the ante by mentioning Big P by name ( but replaced his imagery with the Bad Locust(s). )

The demon is called Pazuzu in the original novel, The Heretic didn't come up with that.
