Those sounded like some pretty impressive meals - ok, some more than others - considering each person was only allotted $4.

I think Frank and Grandpa paid for their own. I believe she meant her, Dwayne, Olive and Richard.

That surprised me as well. It seems hard to find a $4 meal even in Vega$ these days.

I thought it was just Olive that got a $4 limit on her meal.
