I never took to shaky cam, especially when it's done excessively. However i did enjoy almost everything else about the movie- except the kid. Kids in movies often annoy me.

Absolutely agree. Tobias Schliessler's camera work was really annoying - too many closeups, waay too much Shaky-cam. A better cinematographer was needed here.
But the kid who played little Aaron was good, I thought.
to each their own, it didn't ruin the movie for me so i cant have disliked him that much.

Yeah, I couldn't get into the movie for that. I watched around 20 minutes and gave up because of how annoyed and frustrated I was with the awful camerawork and cinematography. Just atrocious.
