Is 80% of dust really human skin?

See header.

A quick google search will show that there are many things that make up house dust, from dead skin to pollen, to dirt and the stated percentage varies from 60-90, so it probably just depends on the environment. Since Icarus I is a closed environment most of that dust must be human skin, which is f@cking absurd. Assuming the most likely scenario that the 7 other crew members died early on, that leaves only Pinbacker to shed skin cells. So all that dust is supposed to be the accumulation of 7 years worth of peeled sunburn from Pinbacker?

And maybe ash from incinerated people. They only show 3-4. What happened to the others? Maybe they are the ashy dust all over the place(or maybe got launched out an airlock by Pinbacker).

I thought it was around 70 per cent but I'm not a dustologist!

A dustologist?
