And at the end, "one of us" became "all of us" So all the earlier "ones" got the last laugh after all.
shareYou probably would have complained about a happy ending where everyone survives and all is hunky dory too.
Boyle is prone to putting the characters into situations where tough decisions have to be made. Not to mention they are in space. This is not Apollo 13 where they return safely.
