I am watching it for the first time right now, got up to the scene when Icarus informs Cillian Murphy that there are FIVE crew members. I'm so done, I paused it and left the room. I'm terrified. This is a great movie, why have I never heard of it?
I think it's pretty underrated. A lot of people didn't like the last part of the film. Personally, I thought it worked pretty well and have seen the film 3 or 4 times since it came out.
Underrated indeed. So good. Wish I'd seen this in the theater. Hardly anyone I talk to about this flick knows of it's existence. Doing my best to change that.

it was good until this moment then it went down to hell, the visuals started to get crappy, boyle was obviously lost, trying to fell the scenes with any crap, maybe that's why he decided to make this as his first and last science fiction movie. he did crap before but not like this, usually the writing was responsible for it, but here the limited sitting of a space ship consumed him completely.
