What bothered me was that he seemed to just appear out of thin air.
I don't remember any mention of him prior to his appearance. So at first I thought he was the Devil. Then I thought maybe I'd lost track of the II's crew members and this was one who they thought had died.
I also didn't see how he could've transferred from the II to the I.
The shakeycam etc contributed to my thought of him as the Devil.
I figured it out later, but resented having to do so.
