Why is this movie so hard to find?

I looked everywhere I could think of to find this movie. I finally tracked it down online and got to see it. It was great, but I can't find it anywhere to buy now. It's not on Amazon, it's not at Blockbuster, it's not at Netflix..

Why is it so difficult to find this one?

The video link worked the other day, but it appears that it is now no longer on the website. Do you know any other website that i might be able to watch it on?
