I really wish Netflix would offer it. Anyway, as stated by the person before me, it is on YouTube -- It likely won't be pulled as the production company went under years ago.

It's a very powerful movie in many ways. It stimulates a wide range of emotions and contemplation. You may want to have tissues in hand.
P.S. If you wonder when watching, disappointingly, the DVD video/audio quality is indeed that poor. Sort of works for the story's time setting though.
P.P.S. A little history: As you'll see in the movie, the (final chosen) title is Have Dreams, Will Travel -- which, I feel, is the most fitting. A West Lullaby, A West Children's Story, and A West Texas Story were working titles during production -- trailers even feature them. A few years back, a Website with another title, Dream It Out Loud -- my second favorite option -- emerged, hinting at a possible relaunch. Very sadly, that didn't take long to disappear.
