Wasn't from South Philly & played Semi-pro ball before Eagles
Good movie, but the real Vince Papale wasn't even from South Philly ( he was from outside the city ) and he played Semi-Pro football before he played for the Eagles. I understand it makes for a more entertaining story for "Hollywood" to change up these little facts. Still a good story.
