Great film

It combined an informed filmic disussion on corporate responsibility and blurred the distinction between gringo and non-gringo when it comes to institutionalized violence against workers, women and the marginalized. I especially relished the scenes in the newspaper HQs - the contrast between the US newspaper and the mexican one. The scenes at the maquiladoras were also beautifully rendered. I only wish the link between the working class men and the Harvard-educated maquiladora owner who could buy off lawmakers both sides of the border had been more established.

And the acting was superb too...shockingly good in fact

Two thumbs up.
