I would love to see this film in 3D (good 3D!) seriously it seems like a lot of the segments in this film were filmed in 3D even though they weren't i know but still it would be pretty awesome.

Leary started experimenting with LSD at a university and found it had the ability to "dumb UP" america and as soon as that was established by HAL they stopped the experiments and put him in jail.
america had been trying to emulate Hitler's ability to "dumb DOWN" Germany for 30 years, so LSD had to go.
