Changing it to a NC is all that mattered to me. He probably wasn't gonna fight against within a year anyway. Quick crash grab and he's back to rasslin for more truckloads of money.

Is he required by law to pay that fine? If it's just something he has to pay in order to get re-licensed, then he might not ever pay it, which would be kinda funny actually.
