2017 will most likely be another year all about Conor, but this year he may actually try to defend a title.

whats your opinion on This upcoming Cruz/Grarbrabdt title fight?

are you looking forward to it? you think its a little too soon for Garbrandt or is it the fight you want to see and are you okay with With Grarbrandt getting the title shot?


Prediction for 2017...

* Diaz/Mcgregor III will be Conor's first fight back and Khabib and Tony are going to be left hanging in the wind

* Jones/DC II will take place some time in 2017 and DC will win

* GSP comes back and either fights Nick Diaz, Mcgregor or Wonderboy(If Wonderboy beat Woodley in the rematch)

* Yoel Romero beats Bisping for the MW Title

* Aldo Vacates The FW championship after he beats Halloway, Then goes up to LW in pursuit of The Conor rematch and ends up fighting and Beating Khahbib for The Interim LW Belt ....I think Tony and Khahbib are going to fight in March for an Interim LW belt, IMO Khhbib will win and Will expect to face Conor when he comes back, but Conor will kill that by instead demanding The Trilogy fight with Diaz(which will probably take place in July during international fight week), so Khabib wont get the Conor fight, instead, The UFC will let Aldo move up and fight Khahbib for the Interim LW Title...

Both Aldo and Khahbib Will be fighting at about the same time in 2017, Both will fight around March, Aldo Will IMO beat Halloway to unify The FW title, Khahbib Will beat Tony to win The interim LW title...

Then all hell breaks lose when Conor demands the Diaz fight instead of Khahbib, Diaz/Conor III takes place in July, The UFC will book Aldo/Khabib for The Interim LW title around the same time...

Aldo beats Khahbib, and sets up Conor/Aldo II at LW for the end of 2017...annnnnnnnnnd Conor doesn't take the fight Instead picks to go for the Welterweight title or maybe a Megafight With GSP

* If Rousey beats Nunes and Holms beats Germaine de Randamie.....The UFC immediately books a Champion Vs Champion fight and rematch between Holm and Rousey(Rousey will be the 135 champ and Holm would be the 145 Champ)....But IMO that's unlikely because I think both Rousey and Holm might lose in their upcoming fights

* A Massive amount of Interim titles and Fights that make no sense Will take place in 2017, IMO The UFC is entering a time where they are looking for "Money Fights" due to The Sale of The UFC and the new owners owing out so much money...I think there is going to be some Absurd fights being made, and Fighters that have no business getting those fights in an attempt to sell PPV's, I think The UFC will create Multiple Interim Titles that don't need to be made in an attempt to sell more PPV's, basically exactly like The Pettis/Hollaway fight, There was literally zero reason to create an interim title, They did solely to sell PPV's, I see this happening Multiple times in 2017.

* Dooho Choi becomes a star and headlines at 2 UFC Fight Night Cards

* I give Brock Lesnar a 60% chance of fighting at MSG in Nov. of 2017, Lesnar's Suspension is up in July...I could see him fighting at MSG next year when the UFC goes back, Maybe for Title(it makes Zero sense to give Brock a title shot, But IMO That's going to happen a lot in 2017)I could easily see the UFC Making this fight for MONEY and PPV's, They would go all in on trying to sell "Look Brock was gone for 5 years and came back a destroyed Mark Hunt"

* Julianna Pena will be the Women's BW champion at the end of 2017.

* 50% chance Conor Mcgregor goes back down to FW after the Diaz trilogy Fight and Wins the FW belt again...lol I think Conor is extremely anger at the UFC for taking the FW belt from him, I don't think Conor has had any intentions of ever going back down to FW, but this might motivate him...He might want to stick it to the UFC and Win back the belt they took, so 50% chance Conor is once again a 2 weight champ at the end of 2017

* TJ Dillashaw does NOT get a BW title shot in 2017 despite clearly being the number 1 contender and NOT LOSING....I think The UFC will punish him for joining The MMAFA...Sean Shelby came out yesterday and said The Winner of Dillashaw/Lineker isn't guaranteed a title shot, which I extremely Odd considering thats clearly a number contender fight...Dillashaw is going to get RAPED in 2017 by The UFC

* Cain Velasquez will be the HW Champion at the of 2017

* The UCF Literally shuts Down the Womens FW Division before it really starts...The Only reason to make the division was for Cyborg and she's out at least a year...the plan clearly had to be for Cyborg to immediately fight the winner of Holm/Germaine de Randamie....that's dead.

Now it doen't matter who wins, Its going to be disastrous for the Womens FW Division, If Holm Wins, They'll do an immediate rematch with Rousey where Holm will almost certainly cut down to 135 instead of Rousey going up to 145.

If Germaine de Randamie wins, Then Holm is done at 145 and will go back to 135 and whomever Germaine de Randamie fights in her first title defense will almost certainly be nothing more than a fight pass fight, Germaine de Randamie simply can't sell A Division ...

Cyborg has to be Champ for the Division to stumble along...I just don't see Germaine de Randamie holding the Division down a year while shes gone ...Holm might be able to do it, but if she wins her next fight will be against Rousey at 135 instead of 145...

basically They created a Division for Cyborg, I don't really think the UFC ever had any intentions of bringing in like 15 or 20 145ers and trying to create a REAL division, I think basically they were just going to have Cyborg fight 2 or 3 times a year, against whomever they could find and call it title shots and a division...that's dead now and now if they want to make this 145 division they got to do it actually right now, I don't think they will.

I think by the end of 2017, The Womens FW division will be no more, at this point, I think the UFC is hoping for Holm to wins so they can make a Champ Vs Chap rematch between Rousey and Holm, if things went perfectly, If Holm wins and Rousey wins, they make that fight at 135(Holm probably beats Rousey again) and decides to Vacate the 145 belt and keep the 135 belt, and The UFC just shuts the 145 pound Division down instead of continuing it...

* 50% chance Demian Maia is Welterweight champ at the end of 2017...IMO Woodley vs Wonderboy will happen next...and If The Winner of that actually fights the number 1 contender Demian Maia...IMO Maia will beat either of them...

The only problem is, I'm not entirely sure Maia will get a title shot in 2017...I could easily see The UFC giving Conor or GSP the next title shot after Woodley vs Wonderboy...But if things play out right...If Maia gets the winner, He's going to be champ and beat either Woodley or Wonderboy.

*Frankie Edgar might be FW champ by the end of 2016...If Aldo beats Hollaway, He is going to leave the FW Division, there is absolutely no one for him to fight at FW if he beats Hollaway, Aldo has to vacate the belt and go up to LW, if that happens The UFC will almost certainly make Edgar Vs Halloway or Edgar vs someone else(Maybe Dennis Bermudez,Yair Rodriguez or Dooho Choi) for The Vacant FW Belt..and I would Favor Edgar over any FW other than Aldo and Conor



* Ronda Rousey, Michael Bisping, Vitor Belfort, Anderson Silva, Brad Picket,Carlos Condit, Johnny Hendricks, Tim Kennedy, Rogerio Nogueira and maybe Shogun and Robbie Lawler all Potentially retire sometime in 2017

I think Bisping loses his title, then fights one more time in London for his retirement fight.

I think If Rousey Beats Nunes, she'll fight Holm next and win or lose retires

Belfort and Silva are on there way out, I could easily see them losing a couple fights in 2017 and retiring

I think Robbie might retire if he loses his next fight in 2017, He's taken ungodly punishment the last 3 years.

Hendricks is done if he loses to Magney, I don't know what happened to this man but he's not even close to the same fighter and Mentally he looks checked out

I think Carlos Condit fights 1 time in 2017 and retires after win or lose..I think Condit might fight Nick Diaz in March at UFC 209

* Nate Diaz Continues to copy everything Conor Mcgregr does...its almost comically at this point...literally every single thing Conor says or does Nate comes out and says he want to do the same thing...I got a HUGE laugh the other day when Micheal Bisping on UFC tonight called hi a "Copycat" and called him out for copying everything Conor does

I expect Nate Diaz to Get Him Boxing License in California sometime in 2017 just like Conor did, lol Nate already said If Conor fights Mayweather, He's going to box someone on the same card...lol its painful at this point

Next year is gonna be an awesome year for MMA. Its clear to see this was McGregors year. He got the most publicity got paid the most, no PED scandals, no legal troubles(I wouldnt count that monster incident), the guy was on fire dispite what anyone thought so props to that.

We'll tito, I hate to break it to you, but If were to believe Conor, 2017 is going to be HIS YEAR too...

so, tito , it looks like your pain is going to continue, Conor Perfectly called 2016 as being his year , theres no reason to doubt him when he says 2017 will also be his year...

I mean talk about confidence and absurdity, Conor goes 4-0 in 2015, 2-0 in title fights, and beats the number 1 P4P fighter on planet earth in 13 seconds to become the undisputed FW champ and the biggest star in MMA...and then Conor literally calls his shot and says 2016 will also be his year and he will top it , annnnnnnnnnd he actually does it, Conor literally makes over 40 million in 2016, goes up in weight and beats Nate Diaz in a rematch that The Overwhelming majority predicted him to lose, then goes up in weight again and completely obliterates Eddie Alvarez on The absolute biggest possible stage at MSG to become The first ever simultaneous 2 weight UFC champion...and Obliterate Might be an understatement, lol He literally put on A flawless performance, Knocked Eddie Down 5 times, KO's him with one of the best 4 punch combos you'll ever see...and this is against one of the all time great LW's, against a fighter who had just beat RDA,Pettis and Melendez, Conor went up in weight and did this...

So I got to say tito, 2017 isn't looking good for you...

If Conor says every year is his year, then 2017 might be awful for you...

again, It seemed impossible for Conor to top 2015, and yet somehow he called it and did it in 2016...

2015 and 2016 was Conor's years, according to Conor 2017 will also be his year...at this point that's got to scare you, what more could he do...lol

Who do you think is to look out for next year?

Good question. Conor shot himself in the foot after his last fight by demanding shares of the company, so now Dana doesn't want to talk with him for 10 months, even though McGregor said his kid is due in May AND expressed interest in possibly fighting sooner. I would love the Diaz brothers to get some of the spotlight this year, but Dana doesn't really like them (despite what he says). Would love to see GSP come back, but Dana doesn't like him either AND GSP is promoting fighter's unions, a big no-no in the UFC. Would love to see Cyborg fight, but Dana doesn't like her either. Hmmm, let's see... I read that Alexander Emelianenko just got out of prison/gulag and wants to resume fighting in 2017, so maybe the UFC can scoop him up. If not, maybe Bellator. The guy is a beast, despite not being quite as good as his brother. That said, he's younger, so at this point they might be about equal.

Whats your prediction for MMA in 2017?

Unless Garbrandt can steal Conor's spotlight, which he could well do, I think the UFC is in for a bad year in 2017. Bellator, on the other hand, will have their best year. And more UFC fighters will jump ship after their contracts are up.
