What dialect?
I've studied MSA and touched on some other dialects and I was wondering which one this movie is in...Jordan?

shareIt is in Shami, also called Levant Arabic.
shareYeah, Palestinian Shami -or Levantine- is really similar to Jordanian Shami, especially Medeni.
shareIt's in Levantine, that's for sure. However the dialogue is in a sub-dialect of Levantine. Jordanian Levantine has many loan words from English. These words aren't used here, but are uttered in some Palestinian dialect, making the Jordanian audience finding it odd/misunderstand-able.
As for the scene where they are talking in front of a camera, they both speak MSA (Modern Standard Arabic) as it is the language spoken in formal situations.
When Khaled freaks out about the camera and the moment when he starts talking about the water filters during the camera scene, he switches back briefly to Levantine.
