Exquisite music
What a soundtrack! Pure poetry.
shareSure..but it's wasted on whores..lol ! :)

When the soundtrack of the film becomes a necessity to the film, as this one has done because of the haunting melodies that mirrored the film, well then, bliss! Really awkward sentence structure, but hopefully you understand my meaning.
Human Rights: Know Them, Demand Them, Defend Them
Well-put Belle. The soundtrack seemed to subtly accompany the scenes instead of overpowering them, something we rarely see in movies nowadays.
shareWell-put yourself...explained why this film and its score work in synchronicity...

I adore this film but without the music it wouldnt be near as good, when I read the book I imagine the music playing while I read, its stunning.

Vienna?
OHHHHH VIENNA!
It's ridiculous that this soundtrack didn't get a oscar nomination.
shareI totally agree. The music added so much to the cinematography, setting and acting throughout the movie. A perfect example would be the music set behind the train robbery scene, or the ending after Jesse's death. Very haunting, but so beautiful too.
I’m Liz Parker and five days ago I died. But then the really amazing thing happened. I came to life.
This movie is a great example of how Oscar usually only rewards financial successes--I'll never understand why this film was such a box-office flop, but it certainly should have been recognized by awards bodies more than it was. It's extraordinary.
shareThe music is stunning. It adds to the scenes and never overpowers unlike some movies.
shareThe music is so good, I listen to the soundtrack by itself. I rarely do that with movies. Some of it is relaxing, some beautiful, some haunting, some inspiring. I can't get enough. Nick Cave is a genius. I have no idea how he didn't even get an Oscar nod for Best Original Score. This movie was just shoved under the *beep* rug for some reason. Poetry don't work on whores.
shareIm not someone who listens to soundtracks all that much either. This one is just stunning. It's impossible not to enjoy. The soundtrack and movie would have deserved any awards. I have not watched these award shows in long time. I had no idea it didn't get nominated. It's not surprising.

Glad to see I wasn't the only the appreciated the music more than the movie.
shareAgreed! Maybe the best I've ever heard
