I never realized until I looked at the cover properly, and woah! now I gotta watch it. Is it better than the prestige?

Yeah Ed Norton is great.

It's hard to compare the two films. Despite having similar setting and themes they are very different films. The Illusionist is a much simpler film - I would even say the plot is predictable - but is still enjoyable.
I do reccomend watching it if you haven't already.

This is one of Ed Norton's best roles. I liked The Prestige, but loved The Illusionist.

This is an excellent film. Great acting, great cinmetography, great atmosphere. Very enjoyable. Good "date movie" too as it is a romance with a real classic "mood" to it.
