Guessed a twist at the end but was sooooo way off
I enjoy movies that have supposed twists at the end and have a pretty good track record - the sixth sense, for example, I was so sure he was dead I actually thought this is too obvious.
My early guess on the twist in this film was so way off. I think I tried too hard.
Given that it was the turn of the century, set out towards the eastern fringes of Europe, the supposed tricks seemed more like magic, some very intense brooding from Edward Norten, I thought at the end of the film he would disappear and in the closing scene be seen reappearing a few countries away introducing himself to the Russian Court as "Gregor Rasputin, at your service" (Norton turns to camera, and cut to credits)
Anyone had a prediction for a twist be so far off the mark?
