eisenheim could have been a great scientist/inventor


what a waste of talent. it seemed like to me the whole bringing back soul act seemed a bit unnecessary. they must have really hated the prince a lot.

Yup he was your typically bully who played an elaborate prank on poor Rufus Sewell and bullied him to suicide for a crime he did not commit. The prank also cost Paul Giammatti his job as police comissioner and cost him his future ambition.

Well, technically, the prince committed suicide after realizing he was about to be removed from power, arrested, and tried for treason against his father. And, true, the inspector did lose his promised promotion, but after realizing just how malicious and reckless the man he was supporting really was, he knew that would be a consequence he had to accept.
