I always thought the Prince was played by Jude Law

Until I checked on IMDB.

Did anyone else think it was him?

I knew it wasn't Jude but I kept thinking he looked like him too. He definitely had the same mannerisms and facial expressions.

First i thought it was Jude Law then on a second and third look i realize it was
Joaquin Phoenix.
After i finished writing previous sentence i did go check if that was in fact
Joaquin playing there because i don't want to look stupid here and you can imagine my surprise.

Sorry, can't see any kind of resemblence between Rufus Sewell and either Jude Law or Joaquin Phoenix. I can see Freddie Mercury before either one of them (mostly the moustache, but not so much the eyes). However, every time I see Edward Norton, I think he looks like John Cusack.
