Loved this charming, understated, beautifully written and acted movie. But my favorite line was when the co-workers were commenting on her and the woman said.
'Pretty is pretty when young but beautiful is beautiful forever.'

Love Richard Curtis's writing!

And his writing is better here than usual due to the restraint in not using so much profanity. He has used to much in theatrically released films with his scripts in the past, and it loses its effectiveness.

The writing is gentle, unassuming, economical, and incredible.
