It had nudity, strong violence and gore! Just because it's animated?

Even animated I was surprised they cleared it for PG-13. I guess there wasn't enough detail on Angelina Jolie's nude body as it slowly tilted the camera up and down over and over again. I guess the ripping of bodies apart happened in enough shadow to make it ambiguous.
