so many people i know find this funny, not me.

Personally i don't like it very much. I can't really put my finger on what it is, it's just it really annoys me, how its so predictable i guess. So many people love this show and when i hear people saying how funny it was that a school abandons an egg and spoon race because there 'economy eggs' it irritates me as i cant see how this is funny, i watched that clip and diddnt even find it atall funy. Im sure I will be criticised for this, but was just wondering if anyone else just didnt see what was funny about this show?

i've only seen various clips and didn't find it funny at all. a few of the clips just seem to go for racial stereotyping jokes with no wit or fresh angle on it and a lot of the other material has been done before by better people with better writing.

little britain quickly headed in the same direction as this show after one brilliant first series. i guess the guys must have thought 'why bother making an effort when catherine tate doesn't. that will be 2 million pounds please, BBC'

i know exactly how u feel. my friends all love the show, but i dont really see whats so great about it. Sure, its watchable, but some of the jokes run a little long and are repeated so much that they lose the humour. still, there are some good characters, like lauren and gran. i find them funny ;-)
