Who is the actor playing 'Last Hit' with Catherine's character? He looks very familiar but I can't put my finger on his name.

Wasn't he in The Office as Oggmonster's sidekick, "Jimmy the perv", on the comic relief episode? I couldn't find his name on The Office cast listing to confirm, but they look awfully alike.
