was Natre hit by a car or did she jump off the hospital roof?

if someone already answered this sorry but i couldn't find it.

when they go to Natre's house, her skeleton is in the bed right?
but wasn't she killed by the car???

No it was her ghost that was hit by a car

The guy who explains her death says that she first try to overdose on drugs, but her mom found her and took her to the hospital where they saved her. So when she returned home, she jumped from a building and killed herself.

Her mom must have brought the girls body home instead of cremating it. That's why she was in her bed. She jumped off a roof to kill herself. It was the girls ghost you see in the film.
