Does anyone know who composed the music piece that was playing in the scene when the male main character was remembering the happier days with his ex-girlfriend and when the girl's body was going into the furnace? Or what the name of that piece is?
I really like it but can't find any information about it.
I, too, have been looking for this song bc it's so pretty.
If anybody can shed some light on it it will be greatly appreciated.

I am kind of looking for the same thing, except I want to find out some info on the track at the end of the film where she is visiting him in the asylum. I have had no luck at all.

On Chatchai Pongprapaphan's facebook (the composer of Shutter) he wrote that there was no soundtrack released for Shutter. However, he uploaded 3 tracks which are available to listen to here (scroll to the bottom) - however they're not the slow sad piano ones, they're the loud scary ones..."Unveil Story", "Title Sequence" and "Haunted Suite":

Maybe if all of us ask the talented and underrated Mr. Pongprapaphan to make the piano music available as well he would? Maybe worth a try! I bet it's called something like "Unrequited Love Suite"...
