No, don't give up. Wildfire is any amazing show and only we as fans can do something to reverse the cancellation. I love this show and would be completely devastated to see it go.

TV station have a knack of canceling any good shows they have......then replace them with crappy reality tv!

It happen alot, I gave up on trying to save them. Its a lost cost!

i love this show, and it is one of my favorites on television. however, i'm wondering where they could and would take the story if they were to continue the series... give me your thoughts :)

u do realize what a tv show is there for, right?

tv shows were created to keep people seated during commercials. people aren't going to watch commercials of their own free will. they don't care how much a few people feel, they need their money. they aren't going to bring this one back.

the show has already been written with a definite ending looking from the previews. I've watched the show from the beginning and love it but it needs to end. I'd rather it have a good ending then just another season that shouldn't have been written in the first place. Plus I think that they knew this was going to be the last season for a while anyways. Petitioning help shows that are on the bubble or shows that left off with a cliffhanger generally not ones that end on a solid note.

This was not suppose to be the last season. Season 5 has already been written! The cast and crew were all ready to set taping season 5 when they got the call at the last minute that the show was canceled

I love the show, it's one of my guilty pleasures BUT why drag it out?? One more season of Kris going back and forth between Jr. And Matt? No! She's made a choice, Pablo is back at Raintree, Wildfire is healthy, Flame is racing-- all is right in the Wildfire world-- let's end on a good note!

All i can say is that I'm GLAD that it's over. i'm tired of seeing these stupid adds on tv saying who will Kris choose EVERY week. they are ALL the same. it should have ended a long time ago.

I agree that marriage issue need to be put to rest but there are other things the show can do. Individually, they could have storylines and stand together.

1.Kris has not met her estranged father, she try mend her relationship with him. 2.Junior is still learning the business life, tryng not to be corrupted by opportunity like Ken Davis has been. 3. Either of them could have a health problem, the other person stand by kris/junior side. 4.Dani has not met her birthmom. 5.They can explore brother dynamics: Matt and Todd. Its had to have changed now that Todd's older. 6. Jean/Pablo relationship is just beginning one kiss just a start. We have'nt met any of Pablo's family.

Listen I love this show so much but it does need to end. They are using pretty much the same plot lines from before. And before in the show it was focused on everyone. Dani's problems with finding her mom, Matts gambling, it was everyone. Now its just Kris and Jr. Another thing is its named Wildfire. They can have it go on forever. They are gonna give Wildfire his last race and end the show. If you notice in almost all the season's episodes wildfire is barely mentioned. I think it'd be hard to have a show named wildfire and not even mention him. Flame was a big part of this season but they could have had wildfire with him.

Now someone said that they had the 5th season written. Thats kinda how it works. During the writing of other episodes, they may think of something that might not work at that time but later on it'd fit. So they probably had the first half of the season all written plus outlines on how to finish the 5th season but not the entire thing done. Thats if they did it at all.

Truth is they probably knew it was going to end. I say this because They ended it with Kris going up to Alaska with Jr. They'd have to start season 5 doing 1 of two things. 1) Have it start with them coming off the plane from Alaska. And a year has past already. or 2) Have it with them in Alaska and her racing the Iditarod.haha

They are finishing the show with a good ending though. Wildfire gets his last race and Kris becomes completely happy. I mean the show was about her life. She went from juvie to being married. Thats where they need to end it.

bsolmon89 first off the finale doesn't end the way you think it ends. I admit that they have been reusing storylines and need to move on. If there is a season five I want them to move on and develop more storylines. There are many storylines that we will not have answers to if the show ends. Who is Kris’s father and why does she hate him so much? Did Kris’s mother truly get clean? Will Kris continue to be a jockey? And if so for what farm? What will Junior end up doing? He changes jobs all the time. Where will Kris and Junior live? Will Ken come to accept and love Kris as his daughter-in-law? Will Dani and her father ever have a true relationship? Will Dani ever meet her mother and talk to her? Where is Junior’s mother? Why did she not stick around for her son? Will Dani and Matt live happily ever after? What about Jean and Pablo? What is Pablo’s back story? How did he meet Jean and end up at Raintree? Where is Matt’s Dad? He has been gone for a long time. Dare I say what happened to Matt’s absent brother Toad? He went off to school and has not been seen since! Will he comeback with a completely different attitude? I could keep going, but I think you get my point
