Project Leave Voice Messages

On Sunday May 18th at or after 8:00 pm central time, 9:00 pm eastern time, 6:00 pacific time, call Anne Sweeney after business hours and leave her a message about how much you love Wildfire and how you want it to continue. Please do not call this number before the date and time. We want her to come into the office Monday morning and be surprised with hundreds of messages. If too many people call before that day they could disconnect the number. Everyone is welcome to call as many times as they want to after the date and time. Tell all your friends and family members to leave her a message. It doesn’t have to be long just say “Save Wildfire” “We want to see season 5 of Wildfire” I Love Wildfire”. Anything you want, as short or as long as you want. Spread this message all over the internet but be sure to tell people not to call before the date and time. That is the most important part. The number is 818 569 7700.

Do not post on ABC Family board, if they find out the phone number will be disconnected. It will ruin the whole project. Just tell members we have a new project, they need to read about it on Wildfire's other message forums.

For those that do not know who Anne Sweeney is she is Paul Lees (ABC Family President) boss. She serves as co-chair, Disney Media Networks and president, Disney-ABC Television Group, where she is responsible for The Walt Disney Company's entertainment and news television properties globally. Ms. Sweeney also manages cable networks ABC Family and SoapNet, as well as Disney's publishing imprint, Hyperion, and the company's equity interest in Lifetime Entertainment Services and A&E Television Network.

The number has already been called to make sure it works so there is no need to test it out. Just get your phone ready on Sunday May 18th at or after 8:00 pm central time, 9:00 pm eastern time, 6:00 pacific time.

while i agree that leaving voice mails may be taking it too far, sending things that repersent the show (i.e. hay, horse shoes, ect.) could work.

When TV's Roswell was headed for cancelation after its first season fans sent in bottles of tabsco sause and got the show two more seasons.

NBC's The Office was actually cancled after its 6 epsoide long first season, and was brought back after record breaking ITunes purchaes.

oompaloompa1212, i totally agree with you! I'd rather send barrels of hay then risk leaving a message. However, as much as i do want wildfire to come back, i don't think it will. I think that we should leave it to rest.
