There are many storylines that we will not have answers to if the show ends. Who is Kris’s father and why does she hate him so much? Did Kris’s mother truly get clean? Will Kris continue to be a jockey? And if so for what farm? What will Junior end up doing? He changes jobs all the time. Where will Kris and Junior live? Will Ken come to accept and love Kris as his daughter-in-law? Will Dani and her father ever have a true relationship? Will Dani ever meet her mother and talk to her? Where is Junior’s mother? Why did she not stick around for her son? Will Dani and Matt live happily ever after? What about Jean and Pablo? What is Pablo’s back story? How did he meet Jean and end up at Raintree? Where is Matt’s Dad? He has been gone for a long time. Dare I say what happened to Matt’s absent brother Toad? He went off to school and has not been seen since! Will he comeback with a completely different attitude? I could keep going, but I think you get my point

All of these unfinished storylines can be blamed on the writers neglected them in favor some craptistic storylines involving Kris and Jr. this season. It can also be blamed on the Krunior fans who are so obsessed with Kris and Jr. that they rant on the writers if Kris and Jr. aren't the A,B,C storyline of every episode.

From what I saw in tonights episode some of your questions were answered.

Ken meets Kris just before the race and apologizes. Seems to me he is finally accepting her.

The only thing keeping Kris from jockeying was moving to Alaska. When Junior decided not to go to Alaska I would bet Kris would keep jockeying.

On who she will work for I think thats obvious, Raintree. It's either that or she will start her own Farm with Wildfire and continue to race him herself.

Pablo's backstory was touched on in the pilot. Not much but he does mention a few things while trying to talk Jean into letting Kris stay there.

Despite the troubles in their past it looks like Dani and Ken were putting things aside in this episode as they were actually having dinner together.

You really didn't expect Junior's mom or Kris' dad to show up did ya? Sure it would have been nice to know that they had gotten their acts together but still I never expected to see them again.

Todd is probably still at private school. It's the easiest explination for letting the actor out of his contract. If he hadn't left the show more then likely we would have seen his return.

Now I have a question for you all. What about Jean's dad? He was in the pilot and thats pretty much it. Did they ever give an explination on his disappearance?

Jean's dad died...at the end of season 1 maybe? Shoot I forget...but yes, he died...because he did in real life as well. Unless I am thinking of the wrong character? But the older man in the first few episodes passed away in real life so he left the show a bit before that.

Atonement- Best movie of the year.

Yeahthe actor Dennis Weaver died in 2006 in real life during season 2 and they put his funeral into storyline at the start of season 3. That was how Matt got half of the farm.

Thanks, I had missed some episodes over the years due to college. So I didn't know that he had died or how Matt had gotten half the farm. I need to start looking at getting the DVD's have season 1 but thats it.

I kinda wanted to know what happened to that guy that Jean almost got engaged to but didn't because she cheated on him with her ex husband. I feel like they just didn't answer a lot of questions with that. I mean he just left her without a fight. I mean she did something completely terrible but then it was just never addressed again. And she got over it pretty quick like he was never even on the show.

Amber wasn't really that important. So the girl that played her prob had her contract dropped.
