Wasn't Kris 18, or soon to be in season 1? I think Matt was 17 or 18 in the first season, didn't he say that? I can remember that wrong though. Junior and Dani were older, I don't remember who were older of them though.
I remember thinking about it when I watched the series the last time, and I think I came up with the fact that they should be around 23 or 24 when the show ended. I also remember thinking that I got that all wrong though, but I guess you can count on it if you remember how old they were at times, and then add the time that passed during the seasons. I do recall them talking about their ages, or things that gives us an idea of how old they are (Kris GED, juvi, college etc).
Wildfire was 3 or 4 years in season 1, right? And wasn't he 5 or 6 later when the show ended?

In the 1st season, Matt and Danielle were 24.
In the 4th season, Matt and Danielle were 27. I have no idea how old Kris and Kenny are

But in the pilot, Matt was 17 and about to go to college, the same age as Junior, and Dani was a year or two younger than the rest of them.
Kris was 17-18 in the pilot.
Not sure about their ages by season 4 because some sort of time-warpage happens after the first season.

Wildfire was 2 in the first season, 3 in the third or fourth season (because of the age a horse has to be in the Breeders and Derby).
I tried thinking of the age of the characters in horse years, but that just made a bigger mess of it all.
But, I also think they started season one at 17-18 and finished up season four at 23-24. (Dani, though, is a year or two younger.)

ok so here are the things we know for sure:
I will say that these doesn't mean they're all around each other's ages though... but ASSUMING they are:
Season 1: Jean talked about Matt going to college, so he has to be around 17 or 18
Kris was in LaGrange camp instead of jail, so she should be around 17 when she was caught... so she's around 17-18 too.
Season 2: Flame was born in "For Love or Money"?
Season 4: It was mentioned on the packet when Junior pointed out to Kris, "That's our baby," during Flame's first race that he's a two-year old colt.
One of Kris and Junior's 'Cons List' when they were in Vegas outside the chapel was that they are "really really young."
So what we know is that two years have gone by between seasons 2 and 4. And following logic, we can only assume that each year goes by for each season. Which would make Kris, Junior, and Matt (assuming they're all the same ages) 21-22 at the end of season 4, and Dani a year younger.

another thing... i think there was at least 2 years jump just in season 2 because it takes a whole year for a mare to be pregnant (like the 9 months for a human) and since belladona got pregnant at 2.4 and delivered at 2.12... that's a whole year... which would still make kris, junior, and matt around 22, and dani 21 (they mentioned that she's a year younger in 1.7...
